Press Release Body: A new online publication is due to hit the metaphorical newsstand this month. Magickal Quarterly premieres October 18th and is just the latest in a long line of Internet marvels created by Webmaster Raymond Larose.
In the early 1990\'s, Ray was formally initiated into Wicca through the Sacred Garden Tradition of Witchcraft by Reverend Martin T. Brodeur. He has been sharing his knowledge online since Imbolc 1995 when he created \"The Village of Lothlorien\" (www.witchcraft.net). In 2000, Ray began to research Daoism and created \"Jade Purity\" (www.daozang.com) to expand his research in a group-venture. He blends his Eastern Philosophy and his pagan background for a unique blend of ancient and modern thought.
However it was in October of 2006 that this Magickal journey began as Ray created another website (www.ipagan.org) aimed more at the solitary practitioner. This soon formed into a thriving online community and it was with this group of friends that Magickal Quarterly (www.magickal.org) was formed with the intention of sharing current Pagan thoughts, trends and ideas with the magickal community.
Magickal Quarterly contains more than your average online publication with regular sections such as; Ask Mama, Craft Creations, Crone\'s Musings, Heathen Hearth and Home, In-Sights and much more provided by an enthusiastic team of writers. As the writing team continues to grow, so will Magickal Quarterly with many more sections and articles expected to develop over the following issues. Also included in Magickal Quarterly is a very detailed almanac covering important dates and cycles for the time period each issue covers, thus giving the readers all the relevant information on hand, in conjunction with that issues articles.
Most of all this online publication aims to provide a wide and interesting selection or articles and information suitable and relevant for all of the magickal community and with topics ranging from legends, practical advice, arts & crafts and even something for the younger readers, its easy to find something to suit any reader. In addition to this the team of writers are always open to suggestions for future articles.
This collaborative project has been made possible through the effort and time of enthusiastic volunteers and the unquenchable drive to help share useful, interesting and informative material with the magickal community.
